Greater Kansas City Market Conditions for October 2025
The days on mrket increased 5.1%, number of months supply of homes increased 3.7%, the percentage of the original listing price vs the amount received from the sales price decreased by 9,1%, the average home price increased 12.2%, number of closed sales increased 2.6%, the number of pending sales decreased 5.9%, and the total inventory increased 10.1%. This is another indicator showing sales are slowing in the Greater Kansas City area and home prices continue to rise.
