2025 3rd Quarter Market Report for Johnson County, Kansas

Homes are taking longer to sell but the prices are still increasing.  These are market statistics for 2025 3rd Quarter vs. the 2024 3rd Quarter statistics.  The days on market for homes increased by 5.9% showing us we are heading into a slower market.  The median sales price increased 4.4% and the average sales price increasing 5.1% showing us prices are still rising.  The inventory of homes listed for sale increased by 4.9% giving us more homes listed for sale than the previous year in 2024.
